Insert # to add in attributes in a document’s title or in the questionnaire as shown in the video here. Use the default value tool to ensure that a document’s title or question always appears complete.
Validation is now added to stop users calling Parties and representatives the same name as shown in the image below.

The automatic template lock out feature prevents two or more users from editing a template at the same time. When one user accesses a template, the template is automatically locked by that user and other users from the same profile will not be able to access it as shown in the image below.
