Avvoka V9: updates and features
Footnote importing and exporting
Footnotes can now be imported from an underlying DOCX and will be exported in the outputted document.
Paragraph and line spacing importing
Avvoka will now import the line and paragraph spacing from your underlying document and ensure that they’re maintained throughout the document creation process.
Coloured text exporting
Coloured text created in a templated document will now be maintained in the exported DOCX file. This can be particularly useful for tracking inputs from multiple parties (for example in multi-jurisdictional surveys conducted using Avvoka).
Number validation
Avvoka will now ensure that the input in a number input is, in fact, a number. This will help to prevent end users from inputting incorrect values, ensuring that documents are completed as rapidly as possible.
Special characters in party names
Parties can now have special characters (such as ampersands or other more exotic characters) in their names.
Miscellaneous improvements
Avvoka now supports more, bespoke, numbering styles in lists.
Avvoka now ensures that leading or trailing spaces in placeholder values are stripped, reducing the likelihood for user error to lead to a corrupted template.
