Advanced search

Search across your entire legal document portfolio with our advanced search. The system will surface all document drafting data, party names and any custom metadata that you’ve tagged directly in the Drive (even for third-party documents).

DMS integrations

As the source of truth for the latest version of a document, Avvoka can automatically integrate with major document management systems like iManage, Sharepoint and others, to ensure the latest version of a document is always synced with your DMS of choice.

User access options / groups

Manually adding users to folders can become unwieldy as document usage scales - automatically provision users into logical groups so that they can be rapidly added to all of the locations they need to be. What’s more, Avvoka’s groups can be synced with your AD system or other IdP tool, so there’s no duplication of user management in Avvoka and your own stack.
