Krishna leads Customer Success at Avvoka, where he has built and scaled the function over the past six years. Since joining the company in 2018, he has worked alongside many of the world's leading law firms and in-house legal teams, helping them embed document automation at the heart of how they operate. He is a trusted advisor to senior partners and General Counsel on legal technology strategy, change management, and driving adoption at scale. Krishna began his career in business development at a London start-up accelerator before moving into legal tech.
