What is SmartAutomation?
Think of it as self-driving for document automation. Our technology can turn your precedent into an automated template in Avvoka by identifying variables and conditions automatically for you, eliminating the need for you to manually apply the logic on our platform.
How does this work?
Simply upload your marked-up precedent into Avvoka and select "SmartAutomation." Avvoka can identify variables, conditions, and definitions all on its own.
Click 'Automate,' and Avvoka will instantly highlight all relevant elements in your contract. In the example, our technology has highlighted data points for variables like 'Partner’s Name' or 'Partner’s Address.'
Additionally, Avvoka can recognise conditions, such as paragraphs, clauses, sentences, or words that will be included or excluded in the final draft based on your responses to specific questions.
It's important to note that, while impressive, this feature doesn't have to use AI (more on that, later!). Instead, it relies on Avvoka's proprietary algorithms to detect your variables and conditions and transfer them into the platform, building on years of seeing lots of automated documents!
Avvoka will automatically generate the questions for you, and with our built-in AI drafting feature, you can also modify them as you see fit.
