The Senior Facility Agreement, a key document in their suite, was 600 pages long. With their current document automation solution, it took weeks and the help of the automation team to automate it on the platform.
The solution only supported inline conditions, not block conditions, making automation more difficult.
Often, the agreement required edits to reflect the latest negotiating position, and these changes needed to be mirrored in the template. This process required them to contact the automation team to implement the changes, causing bottlenecks.
Slow document Creation
